THE POWER OF NEUTRALS
Step inside the Spanish-style home of Kylie Wolfe, the creative force behind WOLFE STUDIOS, and an immediate sense of serenity embraces you. With significant ongoing design projects for clients pushing her creativity to the max, she finds solace in a soothing calm aesthetic in her personal space. Her home in the Historic Willo District in central Phoenix is a testament to her sophisticated vision in a muted color palette. As you wander through the meticulously curated spaces, there are delightful surprises at every turn – elegant arches, a cherished collection of handmade ceramic dinnerware crafted by a loved one, and an eclectic array of treasures gathered from her travels. What attracted her to this home was not just the charm of a historic neighborhood and architecture but also the proximity to Phoenix's vibrant foodie scene and downtown nightlife. Leisurely bike rides to coffee and yoga, "hot" restaurants, and live music are all within arm's reach.
ARTFUL OBJECTS THAT INSPIRE
Eusebio Ceramics: where art meets nature, passion intertwines with creativity, and ceramics are transformed into miniature works of art. After honing her craft for over a decade, Janette, the artist behind Eusebio Ceramics, is ready to step into the spotlight and unveil her gorgeous work to a new wave of collectors. Inspired by nature and her travels, she creates these one-of-a-kind pieces with an organic quality and vibrant hues that are impossible to resist. I visited her studio to get a firsthand glimpse into her creative process and see all of her pieces up close. With contagious enthusiasm for design and positive energy, she has quickly become one of my favorite Phoenix creatives. ➤ Studio Tour➤ Webiste➤ Instagram

If you're interested more details and finding a home with the right space to fit a guest house, work space or an ADU- reach out for conversation here. The Canyon model is inspired by the towering walls of a desert canyon, often carved by millennia of erosion. A quartzite flagstone surface that wraps the interior walls, emulating the colors and textures of the rocks and cliffs of a canyon. The stone’s texture creates a rich tapestry that changes with the light and shadows. A soft and warm European white oak floor balances the ruggedness of the stone, bringing a perfect calming balance felt in a canyon.Photos are courtesy Minimal Living Concepts.
